No registration is required to access general emergency information, updates, and public resources. However, by registering as a resident in your local eCommunity, you can receive personalized alerts, participate in preparedness programs, and connect with neighbors, responders, and local services more effectively. Registration is free and helps strengthen your community's resilience.
If your organization provides services, information, or support related to emergency preparedness, response, or recovery, you can apply to become a verified ResiLink Resource Provider. After approval, you’ll receive access to collaborative tools and permission-based roles to share content, updates, and resources while maintaining your autonomy and branding.
Absolutely. Media organizations play a vital role in timely communication. ResiLink provides a structured way for verified media partners to submit updates, stream announcements, or embed live content within the eCommunity hub. Contact us to become a trusted media contributor and help keep the community informed and safe.
Thank you! Volunteers are essential to building a prepared and connected community. You can sign up through your local eCommunity’s volunteer coordination center to assist with training, event support, outreach, or emergency response roles. Based on your skills and interests, we’ll connect you with local teams and initiatives.
Yes. ResiLink is designed with collaboration in mind. Our hub-and-spoke system allows you to maintain your own operations while contributing to a shared emergency information network. Use secure, role-based access to communicate, plan, and deploy resources alongside other public, nonprofit, and private organizations.
No. ResiLink does not replace 911 or emergency services. We work alongside first responders, EMS, and public agencies to support community coordination, preparedness, and recovery. Always call 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
ResiLink supports local leadership through structured training and coordination tools. Our Community Architects work with your existing emergency and community response teams to align ResiLink with your current structure. Through our Community SMARTstart program, we help map out your plan, identify gaps, and provide the framework for seamless coordination.
We train eCommunity Managers and other key roles to use ResiLink's collaborative tools and procedures, ensuring everyone is prepared and aligned. The goal is not to replace what’s already working—but to connect it all in one accessible, integrated platform.
ResiLink is designed to enhance—not replace—existing systems like 311. If your community already operates a 311-Contact Center, ResiLink can integrate with it to centralize emergency preparedness, coordination, and recovery efforts.
While 311 handles everyday service requests, ResiLink expands your reach with real-time collaboration tools, multi-agency coordination, and resident engagement before, during, and after an emergency.
We work alongside your team to ensure processes align and community members experience a seamless flow of information.
